Super Tasty Green Smoothie
The best way to start the day is with a green smoothie, according to the Raw Food Detox. But if you’re like me they can be difficult to stomach, I don’t really enjoy drinking my greens. This smoothie however doesn’t taste green even though its full of greens.
- 2 frozen bananas
- Frozen mango chunks (about half a mango)
- Slice of lemon
- 2 cups of spinach leaves
What to do…
Simply break the frozen bananas in three and put in the blender with the mango and spinach. Squeeze in the juice from the slice of lemon and half fill the blender with water and blend.
