My First Day Fully Raw
To make this super tasty chip and dip I first mashed one avocado with some red onion and juice of half a lemon. Then I made the salsa dressing by blending up half a red bell pepper with a punnet of cherry tomatoes, a bit of red chilli pepper, red onion and a squeeze of lemon. My chips were 3 carrots, a cucumber, 1 head of lettuce and a bowl of wash and chopped kale leaves. I followed this up with a big glass of carrot and orange juice.
