Day 3, Dessert Before Dinner for Me!
Going for a pop of green on day 3! This was my pre-dinner snack when I came home from work today, it was so delicious I just had to share the recipe with you. Similar to my Super Tasty Super Green Smoothie, this smoothie has a strong kick of green goodness but with the sweet taste of ripe fruit to make it truly enjoyable.
To make my Pop of Green smoothie I simply blended up a cup of kale leaves, 1 frozen banana, 4 mango slices, the juice of half a lemon, and half the tumbler full of water. To garnish I sprinkled some fresh raspberries on top and added two slices of kiwi to the side.
