New Dish of the Week…

This dish was pretty straight forward and simple, but tasty and satisfying. I chopped and thinly sliced about 6-8 sweet potatoes and arranged them on a baking tray; I added a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, some paprika, pepper and a pinch of salt. I baked them in the oven at 200’C for 30 mins.
Giovanni boiled a few baby potatoes and broccoli, then chopped and stir-fried them with mushrooms and garlic in extra virgin olive oil.Served with a lightly toasted slice of tiger loaf and some orange and lemon juice!
