Day 14, The Last Day

It has been 2 weeks, 14 days of eating clean and vegan. It has been an amazing experience that has opened my eyes to how easy it is to eat healthy and pure. I have loved to challenge of thinking creatively about food and meals as well as the feeling so good and full of energy being fuel by fuelled by foods that love my body back.

I haven’t had any coffee, added salt, refined sugar, or dairy for the last 14 days and I can’t believe how good I feel. This challenge has proved to me that it is possible to be vegan and that there is a way to enjoy everything you love, like ice cream and cookies.
