Blondies Recipe

Ingredients

  • Gluten Free Oats
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • Agave Nectar
  • Peanuts
  • Vegan white chocolate
  • Soy milk

  1. Grind up half a cup of peanuts finely. Add the 2 bananas, 2 table spoons agave nectar and a small bit of soya milk and blend into a creamy mixture.
  2. In a large bowl add 2 cups of oats. Chop up the white chocolate and a handful of peanuts into chips and add to the bowl.
  3. Mix in the banana mixture. Use two table spoons to spoon out and shape the cookie mix onto a lined baking tray.
  4. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180’C for 23 minutes. Leave to cool on the tray before serving.
