- Grind up half a cup of peanuts finely. Add the 2 bananas, 2 table spoons agave nectar and a small bit of soya milk and blend into a creamy mixture.
- In a large bowl add 2 cups of oats. Chop up the white chocolate and a handful of peanuts into chips and add to the bowl.
- Mix in the banana mixture. Use two table spoons to spoon out and shape the cookie mix onto a lined baking tray.
- Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180’C for 23 minutes. Leave to cool on the tray before serving.
